Need a Name

"It was formed many centuries ago, when a bolt of lightning struck a thunder stone. A creature created from thunder and lightning, and from its wings shall the thunder rain, forevermore."
-my own thoughts

I decided to create a Pokémon, and got an idea that if lightning were to strike a thunder stone, what would happen. In my mind, it looks a dragon born of thunder and lightning. Also, the aforementioned thunder stone would show up on the breast of the beast as proof of its birth.

It is the only one of its kind.

(Also, I don't have a name for it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.)
